Jason & Erica's Birthday Celebration Since I am in Craig during the week, we celebrated both Erica & Jason's Birthday on Saturday. As always there are more pics at http://picasaweb.google.com/jeremyjsnow. Jason's favorite gift was a lightsaber that our neighbor gave him. It lights up and makes noises, etc. I don't think it will take long before the batteries are dead on that one! Posted by Picasa

Two Bull Moose Fighting

On our way home from Thanksgiving we saw these two bull moose fighting. They would go at it for a second or two, then graze for a second, then repeat the whole process.

I Have a Job!

After several months looking, I have acquired a job with the Moffat County's DA's office. That essentially means that I get to prosecute the local criminals! I'm the Jack McCoy, so to speak, for Moffat County. I started last Monday and have already had a small (very small) trial. I enjoy the work though there is a lot for me to learn. Posted by Picasa
Branding Calves
While out in Jensen, we helped Dad brand some of his feeder calves. I love the progression in these pics as Mer notices the rest our on the fence and then decides to join them. You can see some more shots at http://picasaweb.google.com/ngassterPosted by Picasa
Josie Morrison's Cabin
The Saturday after Thanksgiving we took a short trip to see Josie Morrison's Cabin, near my parent's house in Jensen. We saw some petroglyphs, wild turkey's and took a very short hike up Hog Canyon. You can see the petroglyphs behind us in the first pic. I took the second on our way back from Hog Canyon. Posted by Picasa
Thanksgiving in Jensen
We spent thanksgiving in Jensen with the Snows. Here a pic of Erica waiting for the food to arrive and of the annual football game. Neal and I were the only "older" cousins that would play. Posted by Picasa
