Meridith had been so good for so many different poses and shots. At the end of her being so cute and easy to work with she put both fingers in the side of her mouth and stuck her tongue out at the photographer...who seemed to understand her sentiments. The rest of us just died laughing.

Dinosaur Ridge









We took a walk on Dinosaur Ridge yesterday, when were we forced from our home for a showing. We saw some dinosaur footprints and other cool things (see last photo for an example). Then we went over to Red Rocks Amphitheater, which was pretty cool as well, but my batteries were out, so I didn’t get any good photos of that area. It was rather interesting. Apparently the first Stegosaurus, Brontosaurus, and Allosaurus were found on Dinosaur Ridge. There aren’t many dinosaur remains left, but there are lots of tracks, ripple rocks and other cool fossils like remains that were discovered when they built the road through the area.
